Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please email us immediately at [email protected] or call +91 9494009932. Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds and Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged upon receipt or if the wrong item was shipped. Spiritual items like Rudraksha and Sphatik are sensitive and personal in nature; hence returns for change of mind are not accepted.

To initiate a return for a damaged/wrong item:

• Contact our support team with clear photographic proof of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all original packaging, tags, and certificates intact.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
